AVOID! Throughout this entire ordeal, we have experienced a series of letdowns and shortcomings, leaving us deeply dissatisfied with the level of service provided by GIUSY and Gabriela. Despite our significant investment and trust placed in this store, the outcome has been far from what we expected. The lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and multiple errors have not only caused immense stress but have also resulted in our bathrooms remaining incomplete and severly delayed.
